I cannot login, why?
This could be caused by several problems:
- Enable cookies - Our site uses "cookies" to authenticate users on the site. Most sites on the internet use cookies so most people already have cookies enabled. To enable cookies on Internet Explorer go to Tools->Internet Options and click on the privacy tab to enable cookies.
- We deleted your account - It isn't as bad as it sounds. We recently launched a new version of our site and in the process we reset all user accounts to a new password. We had about 500 members registered on the site when we moved to the new site and a lot of the emails we sent out bounced back because they were old email addresses. The emails that bounced back meant we couldn't give you your new password so we had no choice but to delete your account so you could recreate it.
